Shareholder Update

1. OTC 진행관련

현재 DTC에 등록된 주주리스트 중 405건의 수정(사망, 증여, 개인간 거래, 이름변경, 주소수정 등)을 트랜스퍼 에이전트가 수정작업 중에 있으며 DTC 수정 작업이 마무리 되는대로 현재 Restricted 되어있는 주식을 거래 가능한(Unrestricted) 상태로 전환할 예정입니다.

또한, 국내 주주님들의 개인계좌로 주식을 입고하는데 필요한 업무를 미리 분석 중에 있습니다. 전반적인 상황을 고려했을 때 미국 내 행정적 절차 관계로 시간이 좀 더 소요될 수 있으니 참조 부탁드립니다.

2. ET-30 및 3.5톤 전기 포크레인 양산준비

ET-30 및 3.5톤 전기 포크레인 양산법인 설립을 위해 현재 국내 2곳 해외 1곳의 업체와 긴밀하게 협의 중이며 가능한 2026년초에 결정을 내려 내년부터는 양산법인을 가동할 수 있도록 노력 중입니다.

새안은 2013년 설립이후 R&D 회사로서 그 역할을 충실히 해왔으며 앞으로 2026년 부터는 양산을 통한 실적을 내는 회사로 거듭나기 위해 많은 준비를 하고 있습니다.

ET-30의 경우 판매가가 약 8억원이며 이는 전기차 16대에 해당하는 매출이 기대됩니다.

추후 양산법인 설립과 관련된 파트너가 확정되는 대로 추가 공유 드리겠습니다.

3. 특허 보유 현황

위 내용의 특허는 전기차 및 UAM과 관련된 특허 내용이며 특히 UAM관련 특허는 기존 프로펠러방식 대비 6배이상의 추력을 낼 수 있어 해외 경쟁 UAM대비 더욱 안정적이고 강력한 성능의 UAM을 만들 수 있는 기술을 확보함으로 미래 경쟁력을 보유했습니다.

We are currently working with our transfer agent to process a total of 405 record adjustments registered with DTC, including changes related to deceased shareholders, gifts, private transactions, and name or address updates. Once the DTC corrections are completed, we will proceed with converting Restricted shares into Unrestricted, freely tradable shares.

We are also reviewing the administrative procedures required for Korean-based shareholders to deposit their shares into personal brokerage accounts.

Please note that these processes may require additional time due to U.S. administrative and regulatory compliance procedures.

2. Mass Production Preparation of ET-30 and 3.5-Ton Electric Excavator

We are currently in close discussions with two domestic companies and one overseas company regarding the establishment of a mass-production subsidiary for the ET-30 and the 3.5-ton electric excavator. Our goal is to finalize the partnership by early 2026 and begin operating the mass-production subsidiary next year.

Since its establishment in 2013, Saean has faithfully fulfilled its role as an R&D-driven company. Beginning in 2026, we aim to transition into a company that generates tangible performance through full-scale mass production, and we are making extensive preparations to support this shift.

The ET-30 is expected to be priced at approximately KRW 800 million, which is equivalent to the revenue of about 16 electric vehicles, indicating strong sales potential once mass production begins.

We will provide additional updates as soon as our mass-production partner is finalized.

3. Saean Group Inc IP List

The above patents relate to electric vehicles and UAM technologies. In particular, the UAM-related patents provide more than six times the thrust of conventional propeller-based systems, enabling the development of a UAM platform that offers significantly greater stability and performance compared to overseas competitors. By securing this technology, we have strengthened our future competitiveness in the UAM sector.
