Joint Venture Establishment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - "Saean Arabia Inc."

Saean Group Inc와 SIG Investment Holding Inc는 지난 10월 6일 사우디 리야드에 “Saean Arabia Inc.”합작 법인을 세우고 본격적인 사우디 프로젝트에 들어갔다.
Saean Group Inc는 지분 90%로 앞으로 SIG Investment Holding에서 진행하는 모든 투자금을 사우디에서 받아 미국 본사로 이전하는 형태를 가지게 된다.
이는 사우디 아라비아 정책 변화의 일환으로 모든 해외 투자는 사우디 내에 JV를 설립 후 이를 통해서 투자되도록 하는 일환으로 동일하게 진행된 것이며 앞으로 원활한 자금이동이 진행 될 것으로 기대된다.

Saean Group Inc and SIG Investment Holding Inc established a joint venture called "Saean Arabia Inc." in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 6 and entered the Saudi project in earnest.
Saean Group Inc. will hold a 90% stake and will receive all investments from SIG Investment Holding from Saudi Arabia in the future and transfer them to its U.S. headquarters.
This reflects recent changes in Saudi Arabia’s investment policy, and all foreign investments have been carried out in the same way as part of establishing a JV in Saudi Arabia and investing through it, and it is expected that the smooth transfer of investment funds will proceed in the future.
